Our apartments join a stunning panoramic sea and Maremma view; they represent the best spot for the best stay surrounded by the peaceful country and the relaxing sea view. The beach is only few kilometers far from the apartments.

Car Park

Each apartment has a a covered and private car park; it is 50 meters far from it by walk.

Linen

Each apartment has bed and bath linen (sheets and towels). The change of them is possibile only for 14 day stays.

Air Conditioning

Each apartment has air conditioning included.

Apartments

Our apartments’ size is 40 square meters. Our two apartments are the same and they are closet o each other. They have a double bed and a single one into the same room but they can host at almost 4 people because it can be possible adding a single bed in the living room. They have a well equipped kitchen: it has a flatware, a fridge, a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave oven, a folding table and chairs. The kitchen and the living room are in the same room. The living room has also the sofa and the television

Confirmation policy

Booking confirmation must be sent by e-mail to: info@casettadivalentina.it;

The reservation is confirmed only once we receive the deposit by bank trasfer. The deposit has to be settled within 7 days from booking request. The account is € 200,00 for a week.

Cancellation policy

For cancellations within 1 month before arrival no penalty will be applied;

Force majeure

In case of force majeure related to the impossibility of traveling to/from Italy due to legislative restrictions promulgated by the country of origin or by the italian government or in the event of delay in the hotel opening and due to restrictions or limitations related by COVID-19 Italian decrees, or safety and security measures for guests and employees, the full amount of the stay, including any deposits already paid, will be refunded without penalty.

Useful Infos

Our reception is not opened 24h per day;
High season check-in (for both rooms and apartments) by 12:30 pm while check out at 10:00 am;
Low season check in and check out only by appointment;
City taxi is € 1,40 per person per day. Children under 16 years old do not have to pay it for.
It is striclty forbidden to smoke inside rooms and apartments;
We are pets friendly but we will ask for an extra charge from € 10,00 to € 30,00 (it depends on the size of your animal).

Casetta di Valentina is a panoramic shelter that overlooks to the sea. Choose the peaceful nature only few steps far from the village Castiglione della Pescaia enjoing the amazing view of Argentario Mountain and Giglio Island.
