Booking Conditions

Confirmation Policy
Within one week of booking, the stay is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit equal to 30% of the total agreed amount. Payment must be made by bank transfer; the details are as follows:

Cancellation Policy
One month’s notice is required for free cancellation of the booking. For cancellations made between 15 and 7 days before arrival, 75% will be retained. For cancellations within the three days prior to the expected arrival date and for “no-shows”, 100% of the entire agreed stay will be charged.

Early Departure
In the event of early departure, the full amount of the stay must be paid.

Taxes Included
VAT at 10% is already calculated and included in the price of the room or apartment.

Included Services
Free Wi-Fi available in all common areas — restaurant, pool, rooms and apartments. Pool access, car parking, VAT and service.

Third-Person Supplement
0–2 years: cot free of charge
3 to 9 years: €10 per night
From 10 years: €15 per night

Pets
Small four-legged friends up to 10 kg are welcome, subject to request and availability, with a supplement of €10 per night each. If you are travelling with your pet, please let us know when booking. Should your companion exceed the indicated size, we reserve the right to accommodate it — always subject to availability — with a supplement of €25 per night each. Access to all common areas (restaurant, pool) is permitted on a lead only.

Tourist Tax
A tourist tax of €1.50 per person per night is payable at check-out. It is free for children under 12.
