Valentina

The leading character of our cuisine is our Tuscan bread. It is the protagonist of most of our recipes such as: “pappa al pomodoro”, “panzanella” and bread soup. Tuscan bread is not so salty and it makes our dishes very delicious. Our fresh pasta such as “tortelli”, “pici” and “tagliatelle” are made at the moment. Between our main course we can quote “Scottiglia”, “Padellata”, dishes that are part of our tradition. We recommend you to finish your meal with Valentina’s pastry: “cantucci”, pie, “tiramisù” and her famous cheesecake with homemade jam: fruits availabiliy depends on the season.
