Our holiday farm rooms, based between olive trees and coloured flowers fields and surrounded by huge english gardens, represents the best place for a nice country stay where moreover, it is possible to have a walk by the blue sea water of Castiglione della Pescaia. Our ancient village is like a precious stone between Punta Ala and Marina di Grosseto.

Car Park

Each room has an uncovered car park but inside the complex.

Linen

Each room has bed and bath linen (sheets and towels). During high season, the change of them is possibile once a week.

Each room has air conditioning included.

Our Rooms

Our rooms’ size is 20 square meters and they are all soundproofed. Moreover they have a frigo bar, television, heating and air conditioning, free wi-fi, a bath with a shower, bed and bath linen and courtesy line. Every room is under a porch; some of them are in front of the pool but everyone has a sea view: for instance, it is possible to watch Argentario Mountain, Giglio Island and sometimes Formiche Island.

Confirmation policy

Booking confirmation must be sent by e-mail to: info@casettadivalentina.it;

The reservation is confirmed only once we receive the deposit by bank trasfer. The deposit has to be settled within 7 days from booking request. The account is € 300,00 for a week.

Cancellation policy

For cancellations within 1 month before arrival no penalty will be applied;

Force majeure

In case of force majeure related to the impossibility of traveling to/from Italy due to legislative restrictions promulgated by the country of origin or by the italian government or in the event of delay in the hotel opening and due to restrictions or limitations related by COVID-19 Italian decrees, or safety and security measures for guests and employees, the full amount of the stay, including any deposits already paid, will be refunded without penalty.

Useful Infos

Our reception is not opened 24h per day;
High season check-in (for both rooms and apartments) by 12:30 pm while check out at 10:00 am;
Low season check in and check out only by appointment;
City taxi is € 1,40 per person per day. Children under 16 years old do not have to pay it for.
It is striclty forbidden to smoke inside rooms and apartments;
We are pets friendly but we will ask for an extra charge from € 10,00 to € 30,00 (it depends on the size of your animal).
